PhD position – Biomechanics and Clinical Movement Analysis in Osteoarthritis

Human movement analysis, joint loading and cartilage health in knee osteoarthritis within the ERC-funded OA-CONNECT project.

Master’s degree in physiotherapy, movement sciences, rehabilitation sciences, biomedical engineering, biomedical sciences, or a related discipline. Motion analysis, wearable technology, biomechanical data processing, or musculoskeletal modelling is an asset.

Fully funded four-year PhD. Continuation after year one is subject to formal evaluation; the candidate is expected to apply for an FWO personal fellowship with institutional support.
